Polish Genealogy Research Help

I will be at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library at their genealogy volunteer’s desk on most Friday mornings from 9 AM to 12 PM. The library is located at 500 N. Dunton Avenue in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Questions will be handled on a first come – first served basis. This service is meant to point you in the correct direction and does not allow for extensive research. Note that this is a free service offered as a library volunteer.

Please bring a flash drive and your family information. Also these sessions are not intended for beginning research. You should have found initial documents such as census records. This time should be used to help get you started on finding your way to Polish records or removing brick walls. If you are just beginning your research, please consider enrolling in the beginning genealogy class offered by the library. Again this is a free service offered as a library volunteer.
